RETURNS

We would like to interest you to contact us to reduce returns and official shipping costs. Choosing the right size will save you time on returns and reduce your environmental impact. Products must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Returns from multiple orders should not be combined as this will result in a delayed processing time. The costs for the return are borne by the buyer.

Please note that underwear can only be returned if the packaging is unopened. Due to the intimate nature of underwear, a pair of boxer shorts cannot be resold in the package that has already been opened. Please check the size and style before opening the product.

Once your return has been inspected, we will notify you whether your return has been accepted or rejected. This process can take up to 7 working days after receipt of the return. Accepted returns will be processed using the original payment method. The cost of shipping the original order will not be reimbursed.

EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or product, you must return your item(s) and place a new order.

COMPLAINTS & SATISFACTION

Our goal is to bring you the best product, design and service. If a product is faulty or you are not satisfied, please contact us so we can best help you. If a product is faulty, please let us know. If a product is wrong, please do not break the packaging. Due to the intimate nature of underwear, broken packaging cannot be resold.
